Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping is free.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days on average.

We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

ORDER STATUS

 We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

 If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact a Mindful Skincare Customer Representative by filling out the Customer Service form here on the website and mention the subject "My Order" and topic "Can I Change My Order?". To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
